The recipe is super simple to make. The final product is very healthy and my kids love eating them for snacks. Peach Frozen Yogurt Popsicles Ingredients 3-4 fresh peaches 1 1\/2 cups vanilla yogurt (I used full-fat) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1\/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional or to taste) Directions Slice peaches and remove pits. We left the skin on our peaches to add color and texture to the popsicles. If you don't like the skin, you can remove it. Add the peaches, vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the peach and yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds (I used these) to the top. Insert popsicles sticks. Freeze for 4-6 hours, until completely firm. Note: In a rush? Buy some dry ice and freeze the popsicles in half the time!
