What is a Nutter Butter Cookie?

A Nutter Butter cookie is a sandwich cookie that is made of peanut butter. Nutter Butters first came to be in 1969. They were created by Mondelez international. They have remained a very popular grocery store cookie over the last five decades. The Nutter Butter cookies are also the top-selling peanut butter sandwich cookies in the U.S. The cute thing about Nutter Butter cookies is that they are peanut-shaped. The peanut butter cookies are crunchy biscuits and they have a creamy peanut butter filling in between each of the biscuits.

Making Nutter Butter Easter Bunnies is so much easier than you might expect. All you need to do is melt white chocolate, dip the cookies in white chocolate and then cut Nutter Butters into quarters and dip those in white chocolate. You can attach those to the top of the Nutter Butters. Once you place the ears, you can use pink sprinkles to the ears. I used little M&Ms as tails for each of the bunnies and placed those on the lower lefthand side of the full-sized Nutter Butter. Then, I also placed a little carrot candy on the lower right-hand side of the bunny. For the face, I used a little black icing. To make the face more detailed, I used a toothpick. That’s it! These Nutter Butter Easter Bunnies are super easy to make and so adorable.
