Garlic Smashed Potatoes
6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 Cup of Parsley (loosely packed)
1/2 Cup of Butter
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400. Clean potatoes, poke holes in them with a fork and microwave until tender, about 15 minutes.
