Why I love it: This all-purpose foundation stick is awesome. It is super easy to apply, not at all messy, and gives me a flawless medium-cover finish. The best part for my shiny skin, it provides matte coverage. To use, I just sweep the stick all over my face, especially the red area around my nose and under my eyes, and then blend with my fingers. I love that I don’t have to use a sponge or blush to blend it in. The coverage lasts all day and does a good job of concealing my dark circles too.

Why I love it: Um, $3?!? Really? And it works well too? Yes. It’s good. You get both a bronzer and a blush for only $3. I think this is seriously the best deal in makeup I’ve seen. The blush is a really nice bright pink, perfect for summer, and it has just the slightest shimmer that catches the light. The bronzer works well for contouring or if I want just a bit more color on the areas the sun hits (cheeks, nose, forehead).

Why I love it: Six eyeshadow colors in one adorable palette for under $8? What a deal. Plus, the colors are perfect for day-time but can be amped up for night. I love how there are both matte brown colors and shimmery brown colors in one palette. The white is great for highlighting the inner corner of my eyes for extra emphasis and I like to use the pink color on my brow bone just below my arch—it opens up my eyes. With six colors, there are a lot of different combinations to create many looks. I tend to stick with just browns or the brown with the pink the most often, but sometimes ramp up the look by taking the darkest brown on the outer corners of my eyes for smoky look.
