Python Leather Handbags

If you asked me to wear snakeskin or animal print clothing, I’d scoff at you. I just don’t like it (my reasons why are for another post). I don’t like it in clothing, but I do like it in accessories. I am absolutely smitten with snakeskin shoes and handbags. I love snakeskin because it generally looks really lux, it is timeless and it’s versatile. Python leather handbags can really go with any look. They would look great with a straight-laced work suit and chic with a chunky knit sweater and jeans.

I love this Saint Laurent leather and python tote because of it’s classic top handle shape and the striking contrast between the black calf leather and exotic mustard and black python skin. For added luxury, the bag is lined in suede. At less than 10% of the cost, the Loeffler Randal tote is a smart choice that still has the classic elements but at a much lower cost. Their version is crafted from leather and python printed calf hair rather than real python skin. Despite the price difference, both bags are beautiful and would be a fun addition to a stylish winter work wardrobe.
