Stuffed Shells with Ground Beef and Mushrooms Recipe Ingredients 1/2 pound of ground beef 8 oz button mushrooms, finely chopped half a box of jumbo shells (18-22 shells) 1 cup whole milk ricotta 1 large egg 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella 15 ounces tomato sauce 2-3 garlic cloves 2 teaspoons oregano salt and pepper, to taste Directions: Preheat the oven to 350.
