Here are 10 Winter Vests for Women That I Love

I’ve never owned a winter vest. Honestly, I never thought they worked on my curvy frame. But then, I saw this adorable shearling and plaid one by Adyson Parker, and I had to try it. Given my experience, I assumed other people might want to know more about options and styling tips for winter vests for women, so here goes.

Even after I got this adorable vest, I wasn’t sure it was for me. I actually contacted the company and offered to ship it back, but then I changed my mind. I tried styling it a few different ways, but what worked best for me was pairing the shearling vest with a bodycon dress.

The reason that a bodycon dress worked best to pair with this shearling vest is because it hugs the rest of my body so I don’t look as bulky. You’re able to see the rest of my shape even though the vest is long and bulky on top. The bodycon dress I chose is a light-weight and thin ribbed material. Choosing black also makes the dress look extra flattering on my figure and makes my arms look smaller under the weight of the vest. The black color also works so well to contrast with the off-white shearling.

The vest hit mid-butt so the bodycon dress shows off my hips and lower body. If you’re not into bodycon dresses, you could also wear winter vests for women with leggings and a fitted long-sleeve t. This specific vest would look great with my go-to leggings and a henley t like this.

If you’re thinking about looking for winter vests for women, here are some of my current favorites.
