Plaid Coats For Women Under $50

Are you a fan of plaid coats? I love them, but I wasn’t sure I really wanted to get one because they are so very specific. They are bold and pretty loud. I decided that it would be worth it if I found one that was affordable and versatile. That’s why I wanted to share with you some of the cutest plaid coats for women, all under $50.

The one I chose is black and white because its such a classic. You can’t go wrong with black and white, it goes with everything, and it won’t go out of style anytime soon. I also love the long length and the fact I can wear it with so many things. It looks great over a dress or with skinny jeans.

Since the jacket I chose is pretty bulky, I prefer to wear more form-fitting clothing underneath it. Otherwise, the coat does look a bit bulky on me. I also tend not to button it, to create that slimming line down the middle.

If you opt for a full-length coat as I did, I’d highly suggest you pair it with stiletto booties, like I did, or at least block heels. Throwing on heels adds extra height and really breaks up the length.
