Spring has officially arrived in Phoenix, so I’m breaking out dresses and sandals already. I love floral prints for spring because they are a bright and cheery departure from the darker colors and heavier materials I wear in winter. When I saw this floral flounce dress from LOFT, I knew it had to be part of my spring wardrobe.

Do I really need another floral dress? Maybe not, but this one is my new favorite in my closet for a couple reasons. First, the print and color of the dress are so unique. The rich burgundy dress with lilac flowers is unexpected for a floral print. Also, I absolutely love the flouncy skirt for flirtiness, the 3/4 sleeve to show off my jewelry, and the seam at the waist, which creates the perfect hour glass shape.

I’ve only owned this dress for a couple weeks and I’ve already worn it several times. I love it so much because it looks great with flat sandals, booties and heels. It is the type of dress that works equally well for work as for a night out. To create multiple looks, just change out the shoes, bag and jewelry and you have a whole new look.
