Over-the-knee boots—trashy or trendy? Honestly, my first thought when I saw these were on trend for fall was, pretty woman.

I started reconsidering after my husband commented on a pair he saw and thought they’d look great with my quilted black dress. It’s not quite a mini dress, but also on the shorter side than what I normally wear. It is the perfect length to rock a pair of over the knee boots.
