Grand Canyon Mule Drink Recipe

When the ladies at 5 O’Clock Fashionistas contacted me to create a signature cocktail for my current state of Arizona, a few ideas immediately came to mind – limes and tequila were a must. I’ve lived in Arizona on and off for 7 years now and one thing I’ve learned is that Arizonans love their tequila and lime.

I just recently made another tequila cocktail on my blog, so I did a lot of brainstorming and google-searching to come up with this Grand Canyon Mule recipe (you can thank my husband for the cheesy pun!).

It’s a pretty easy recipe, and perfect for the mule-lovers out there. Enjoy!

Lime wheels, for garnish

To make, place 2-3 ice cubes in a Collins glass. Add fresh-squeezed lime juice, tequila, ginger beer and bitters. Stir and garnish with a lime wheel.
