Practical or Posh: White Cat Eye Sunglasses

Of all the different types of women’s sunglasses, cat eye sunglasses are one of my favorite styles to wear (like here). I like cat eyes because they help add some width to my face and draw attention toward my face. They help to balance out my long, angular face. Cat eye sunglasses are also retro, but classic. They are much more feminine than aviators or most other shapes, which I like.

I first saw these white cat eye sunglasses on a Blogger I follow on Instagram. I love the modern twist the designers took on the retro cat eyes. The way they molded the white across the lenses is so interesting and chic. But at nearly $500, the Christian Dior version is a bit pricey. If you like the look, but don’t want to invest quite so much in a pair of shades for summer, the River Island pair are still really cool and a fun take on white cat eye sunglasses.
