One Look, Three Pays: Cobalt Blue Coat

One of the ways I relax after a long day of work and parenting is to browse internet retailers to see what’s new. When I saw this look that Nordstrom put together, the striking cobalt blue coat immediately caught my eye. I am also impressed with their expert layering. Even with a sweater, tunic and coat, she doesn’t look the least bit frumpy. I also love this look because they chose just the right neutrals in the sweater and tunic, sparkle in the necklace, and print in the pants, all that perfectly compliment the coat.

Many of the pieces in the original look are very affordable (the coat and necklace are on sale!), but I like to give you options. If you like your designer pieces, check out the more look I pulled. I’m pretty obsessed with the shape of that DVF coat. In case you’re saving your pennies but still want to get this look, check out my less picks. I mean, those Old Navy pants are really great, and the Steve Madden d’Orsays are a dead ringer!
