I’ve never given it much thought but I’d say I like to be “casual with a little flair” — I always try to wear a little something with a story or splash of color.
What are your go-to pieces in your wardrobe?
Jeans & t-shirts, dresses with personality for events, black slacks & button down tops for business.
I actually love to go to the grocery store by myself without a list — it’s pretty therapeutic. If I can really get away for the day, a treatment or two at one of the Valley resort spas is a splurge. I’ve also taken up listening to books on my iPhone — I just listened to Gone Girl and thought it was a great escape.
How do you find balance with owning your own business and being a mom of two?
Balance? It’s a constant month-at-a-time and week-at-a-time scheduling challenge. My husband and I have reverted to adding all of the kids’ activities, business meetings and social dates to our iPhone calendars so we know who is expected to be where, when. So far, that’s been the best way to keep track of it all. I also do my best to relocate us to Northern California for the month of July to stay with my family and get away from the heat.
I love the new tinted BB creams for a nice light foundation. I am using Garnier now, and I am having fun plumping up my eyelashes with the new Younique lash extension mascara. I have such wimpy lashes, but I can’t handle fake lashes and glue, so this stuff is amazing!

Thanks, Andrea, for opening up your house to us. It was so much fun touring your house and meeting your family (and pet cat).
