A neutral cat eye style is timeless. I splurge on quality sunglasses that are versatile and timeless and spend less on super trendy, patterned, or colored glasses. Quality sunglasses can last for many years, you will wear them almost daily, and they protect one of your most important features (your eyes are one of the first things people notice about you). If the cat eye style still feels a little too retro or wild for you, then I would suggest trying out the trend with a less expensive pair.
Both pairs of sunglasses come in neutral tortoise brown frames with the exaggerated cat eye wing. The Row glasses come in acetate and the KAMALIKULTURE frames are plastic, which could explain the price difference. Acetate frames are stronger, hypoallergenic, and more durable than standard plastic frames. The Row glasses also have leather arms and come with a leather hard case. Whichever pair you choose, cat eye sunglasses will give you a fashion-forward look that is both retro and feminine.
Top – Linda Farrow for The Row – $442
Bottom – KAMALIKULTURE – $98
