I personally prefer wearing a heal at night, but mules really can work well in a business casual environment or a mom on the go when you’re running errands on the weekend. When it comes to how to wear mules, there really aren’t many rules. I think they look great with jeans, shorts, cropped pants, skirts (long, midi or short). I also think they work great for daytime at work or on the weekends. The only thing I’d suggest is keeping them in your closet when you’re heading for a night out. I personally don’t love them for night time, as I think that’s the time to break out the heels and strappy shoes. The rest of the time, mules really can be a wardrobe staple.
