But even if you're not on those diets, I think this zucchini chaffles recipe is a great way to replace refined carbs and add extra veggie and protein too. I love to make this chaffle recipe as a way to make chaffle sandwiches. There are a lot of variations you can make with chaffles. This recipe is bascially a zucchini waffle. I used the same recipe I made my zucchini pizza crust with to make this recipe. If you don't have a waffle maker, that's ok. You can actually make zucchini fritters with this recipe too. I personally love to use the zucchini chaffles to make a healthy veggie sandwich, but you can eat them alone or make any type of sandwich you prefer.
