Here are 9 New Years Eve Looks Under $50

Have you found your New Year’s Eve outfit yet? If you’re still not sure what you should wear, I’ve pulled some of my favorite New Years Eve looks under $50. Believe it or not, my top and skirt are under $50, combined! Although I do totally support getting a special occasion dress every now and then, I generally don’t like to buy expensive dresses or outfits I’ll only wear once. I prefer to get pieces I can mix and match. Most of the time, I like to splurge on special accessories I can wear again and again.

I chose to mix and match a sparkly top and skirt for my New Years Eve look. The top is a little out of my comfort zone because it is cropped and pretty statement-y. I opted to top it with my biker jacket, because LA nights can get pretty chilly, and I can always take it off. The skirt I paired it with is skirt is so versatile. It is definitely something I could wear to work or out at night. It’s one of those pieces that really can work in multiple ways.

At first, I thought I’d pair this look with these silver booties I own, but opted for some of my favorite sparkly sandals. They are mixed metallics, so they add sparkle and shine. I also added my favorite special occasion purse – the big sequin bow just feels so holiday. I chose to wear my hair up and wore some bold lipstick to complete the look.

It’s not the fanciest New Years Eve look, but it’s comfortable, cute and I didn’t break the bank. The best part about this look is that it’s totally affordable, but doesn’t look cheap. There are a lot of great items you can find at completely reasonable prices. If you’re still looking for outfit ideas, here are a few of my favorite New Years looks under $50.
