Honestly, I’ve been stuck on my diamond studs for about a decade now. I hardly ever change out my earrings, but I’ve been trying to do it more often. Earrings are an accessory I loved when I was younger. I think I had four holes in one ear and five in the other. I’m actually thinking about breaking out the stacked earrings look this summer. It’s that 90s vibe I’m loving. When my friends at HY Works sent me these clear resin earrings, I was super excited to try them out.

I’ve never owned resin earrings before. Most of my earrings are some version of gold dangly things. I love these resin earrings because they are so unique. They are clear, so you might not notice them at first. The shape is so cool, that when you do see them, they really do add an interesting element to any look.

The thing I really love most about statement earrings is how they can flatter your face and neckline. I’ve been wearing my hair up a lot more lately, because I think it’s nice to show off my defined jawline and clavicle. It’s one of the features I’m actually not self conscious about. Resin earrings are also a nice change of pace for me. I almost always wear statement necklaces, but lately, I’ve just been tired of having things around my neck. Earrings provide a nice change.
