12 Yummy Nutella Recipes

I didn’t try Nutella for the first time until about a year ago. Gasp. This is even more shocking because I’m a true peanut butter and chocolate lover. There is no better food flavor combination, in my humble, baked-good-obsessed opinion.

The first time I tried Nutella was on a whim, after my husband brought home a jar. He was training for a marathon at the time, and his running friend suggested he eat Nutella on a tortilla as a pre-long-run snack. I tasted a teaspoonful, as he was buttering his tortilla.

I had no idea what I was missing. Nutella is good. Yum.

Here’s the thing. Nutella is too dessert-like for me to eat on a regular basis, but it seems like a perfect accompaniment to baked goods.  Sure enough, the plethora of Nutella recipes on Pinterest confirmed my assumption. I haven’t tried a nutella baked-good  yet, but given all the recipes I found, I can’t wait to try incorporating nutella into one of my baked-good recipes.

Here are 12 must-try Nutella recipes, all of which seem like the perfect way to highlight that chocolately and hazelnutty treat.
